It’s The Charger, Stupid., Super small computer, charger, bit 'ugly and customer service even worse.
After about a month of use, the charger stopped working. I called ASUS customer service and was told to send their evaluation. I sent UPS overnight, and then waited, waited, waited for an answer. Eventually I called ASUS and after a long delay, finally speak with a representative CS - and was promptly stopped.
Recalling further ado, CS REP told me that he had no record of receiving the charger to remember with the UPS tracking number. I did and the next REP CS told me he did not report on the charger to remember in a few days. I did. This time, I was told that the charger will be replaced and will be sent shortly.
Another week passes. I ask again, long period of CS. Have a representative who told me that was not delivered by first class mail. After telling the representative that I had been without the EEA for three weeks, told me I was lucky, some people waiting for over a month to get a replacement.
Customer service super small computer, charger, bit 'ugly, and incredibly crappy.
